I recieved a notice from cbcs stating i owe 1300 dollars and i had to pay this amount in full or they would take action against me. I called the number listed to ask for mrs. Butler but before i could ask once i stated my name and i was swarmed with questions from the person with whom i was talking to. He kept asking for all types of personal info and refused to answer any question i asked and said that he would continue to refuse to answer unless i gave him my info first. Once i was irritated and told him that i would not answer these questions he raised his voice and told me to pay the bill now. I refused without getting info about it, so he told me i would be collected on and slammed the phone in my face.
