Ripoff company! Beware of fraudulent charges!

I purchased Halloween clothing from this ripoff company in October via the internet (paid for via debit card). It is now February and they charged my account $19.95.

I called the toll free number and asked why did they charge $19.95, when I didn't order any clothing. The soft spoken person named Miriam said she didn't know what the charge was and if I can give her more information, like my address. I gave her our zip code and she couldn't find it.

I gave her the dates the charge was posted. I told her around Feb 5th or 6th and if she can search all purchases for those 2 days. (I was thinking someone stole my debit # to make purchases.)

She finally found it and said it was a mail order catalog of their company which I ordered for $19.95, when I finalized my order last October. I told her I never ordered any catalog. And she said it was on the order form on their website. I asked her, why in the world would I pay $19.95 to get a mail order catalog, when I can access your website for free over the internet? She didn't say anything. She then said I ordered it because I wanted the $50 coupon. I told her I didn't want the catalog nor the coupon and to refund my account back.

I also mentioned to her that her company must ripoff all of their customers $19.95 for this catalog, and probably half the customers don't even realize they were being charged a fee for something they didn't want or order. I told her it's wrong to mislead customers to hook on a mail order catalog for $19.95 when in this day & age, you can shop online for free.

So, everyone, please check all of you credit and debit card statements! Always question anything that looks fishy and fight back!
