Ripoff. Penalized for UPS incompetence

A year ago a UPS driver delivered my package to the wrong address. Now UPS is allowing the driver to make the decision to deliver my package "with signature only". I should not be penalized due to incompetance of the driver. UPS is allowing this individual employee to inconvinece me based on a mistake that he made - not me.
Looks like the only way i will get this delivery is to either take off work and drive across town to pick it up or find an unemployed friend to pick it up during busness hours. Guess I will be taking off work.

I will not be making purchases from businesses that ship UPS. If I had time to drive across town, I would not have ordered online. I would have went shopping.
