Have not recieved subscribed magazines 3 ordered Oct 27th Ripoff

On Oct. 27th 2005 I ordered 3 subsciptions to TV Guide for me and my 2 sons, which I have not recieved yet. I have e-mailed about this problem and on Jan 9th I got a reply stating every attempt will be made to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Since then I have tried to call to no avail and e-mail with no reply.
