Ripoff Oldest scam, sent book that was not ordered asking for payment without instructions on how to return it

They sent out a book that I did not order. The attached letter starts with the word 'Congratulations!', has the word 'free' everywhere and then asks for a payment towards the end.

It does not have any instructions on how to return it. It does not have a pre-paid postage for returning the material. It does not tell us how to have the name removed from the list.

I do want to pay for returning something that I did not order to begin with!
