Ripoff

I sent a computer tower in a tower carton via U.P.S. It was sent to Houston Tx. When the man received the tower it had been hit so hard the two drives were shoved back two inches in the case. Face was broken, main supports were bent and the pc does not work at all. I under insured thinking it would be fine since it was packed in a double corrugated box with styrofoam, plastic coating, keyboard snuggly on the top and shredded newspaper on all four sides. U.P. S says it was not packed right. I sent this package through Staple's U.P.S. Outlet they agree that packing was more than enough. Yet U.P.S. Has denied my claim twice.

I sold this tower through E-bay and the man on the other end expects and paid for a working upgraded E-machine computer. It was insured for 500.00 dollors and I have much more in it than that. Approximately 800.00! I paid for insurance and have gotten ripped off it seems.
