Ripoff returned my watch sent for repair with damaged or different crystal Or Cloudcroft

I sent a railroad pocket watch to watchfix.com for an estimate to repair. It had a clear glass crystal face. I refused the repairs as it was too high.

My watch was mailed back to me with a different crystal. This one was plastic and had marks all the way across the face almost like something hot had burned on the marks. It was also yellowish in color.

I called him and spoke to his wife who denied that they had done anything to the crystal.
