My sister and brother-in-law purchased a dog from Imogene and it had birth defects - they returned the dog to her themselves and said she could pay them back as soon as she had her vet to check the frenchie - She has still never paid them back - I myself am a dog breeder and it is like everything else the customer is always right-I love my dogs and take pride in raising them just as my sister and brother-in-law does - Shame on you Imogene you are what give breeders that really care a bad name - It is simple you pay them back for the dog or you will go to court - a dispute over eyes - etc is bad enough but a birth defect is worse - you are committing fraud-and on some of the nicest and most outstanding dog breeders in Missouri - and I think you should pay up!!!
