Fruadulent/Unauthorized credit card charges

This company "Fusion Talk" has placed (2) charges of $24.95 on my credit card. After three days of calling and holding for up to 35 minutes, being disconnected after holding, and leaving unreturned messages, I finally spoke to an "agent". I asked who they were, what they did, and what I had been charged $50 for??? The rude rep stated that a telemarketer had contacted me and I told him I wanted their "long distance service". Well, folks, I spend about $2 a month on long distance, so $50 a month is not going to happen.

I asked her to hear the recording in which this "authorization" occured. (Telemarketing calls are almost always recorded to prove authorization) Of course they do not have that available! I asked for my account number or some type of proof that I have an account with them and that I authorized these charges. Of course, nothing.

The rep then informed me that another $49.90 had been charged to my CC two days ago!!! THis is now $100 of long distance service charges. I was furious!
She ended up hanging up on me, so I sent an email. Of course that has thus far been ignored. I called back again, and amazingly the same rep answered the phone!!! Coincidence?

The first time I spoke with her, she WAS the manager. The second time I spoke with her, the manager was not available.

This is a scam! This company is fraudulently charging peoples credit cards without authorization, hoping it will go unnoticed.

I contacted the fraud department at my CC company and they are giving my money back and investigating this company. If this has happened to you... Turn Fusion Talk in to the FTC. File a complaint online, it's very easy. Report them to the BBB. And if possible get local law enforcement involved. This is happening to ALOT of us. We should DO SOMETHING TO STOP THIS COMPANY!!!
