Clark&Washington which is a law firm who deals with chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. After we filed our chapter 13 with them, our van had gotten repossed by the car dealership we had called our attorney to let them know about our van being repossed we had faxed them copy of our insurance paper. Now mind you that this called started at 9:00 am we had been waiting for them to return our call but they never did.

Around 10: oo am that morning I had spoke to the dealership about returning our vehicle back to us because we had file chapter 13. Mrs Beth was the person I had spoken with which is employed with JDbyrider and she was the one person that help my husband and I to retrieve our vehicle back to us.

Clark&Washington did not help us, not only that the had making agreements with our creditors without us being present, And that I have documentation proving to that action, besides other shady deals that they have done to us.
