Ronny Poole Painting
Cashed our $6,000 and didn't install wood flooring as agreed upon. Took our carpet with him and left us with only cement floors

On 12/19/05, we gave Ronny Poole d/b/a Ronny Poole Painting a check for $6,000, which he cashed the same day. He spent part of the next two weeks trying to install wood floors.

Mr. Poole moved our furniture out of our master bedroom, ripped up the carpet and pad, took them with him to keep, and never installed any kind of floor. Only the cement was left.

Mr. Poole admitted on 12/28/05 that he didn't know how to install the floors, but he has refused to refund any money.
