Ripoff! Horrifying sales tactics & contract agreements. Very misleading! E

I acquired service with whom I thought was DishNetwork to discover it was actually with Tri-State Satellite who in turn had a different contract than Dish. I had service with Dish from 01-06 through 12-02. My last bill stated it was my 12th month.

After having horrible service and numerous phone calls trying to resolve the issues that sometimes lasted over an hr. I had had it! My father-in-law had moved in with us after being diagnosed with cancer. All he does is watch TV & he couldn't! My nerves where shot!

I then called Dish AGAIN, late for work because of being on the phone with them over an hr., my father-in-law upset I said "What do I need to do to discontinue your service? He told me how to disassemble and send back and not to pay my last bill. I assume because I would get another one. I called Dish two times since & they said -0- balance. Over 2 months later I get a phone call from a "RUDE" lawyer represeting Tri-State saying that I owe them $750.00 for not completeing 365 day contract. Now, if I would have paid the bill it would have been 1 yr. I was 23 day shy! Get that! Maybe they are working together! As soon as I am done here, I am filing a complaint with Dish as well. This is an outrage!
