Rip Off-No Products - No Refunds - No Service - Don't Get Ripped Off! Consumer rip-off fraud

I have been a 3 year customer of this company.in December I paid them over $2000 for letterhead, logo development, envelopes and marketing materials. They required all the money up front.

I was promised by their own contract 3-4 week delivery. Then I was promised March 1. As of April, they can not give me a delivery date even still.

I have asked for a refund and have never been told whether or not I would even receive one. I have been told however my order was cancelled.

Now, no one will call back, the President, Isadore Kloner, has not returned over 16 phone calls, faxes or emails. The Credit Manager, Mark Wilkinson has never returned a call.

I have had to file police reports in two states and will probably have to fly to Arizona to file small claims court to get this money back!

On the web site, they state their high level of service, quality and such, but really, they just take the money and leave you high and dry!
