Rebate form "lost in mail" SURE Edison, New Jersey

I was careful to avoid any of their rebate denial tricks, but there's always the old "we never received it". It's pretty obvious that Vonage doesn't want to keep their rebate commitments. If we want to waste $5 to send certified mail, there's always "your check's in the mail".
