I purchased a bedroom set from usa discounters back in in 2001 i informed them that i had to have major surgery and that i will be out of work for about two months. I told them was their any way they can reduced my payment until i able to go back to work, they told me yes, when i went back to work, i worked on a part-time basis, but they were still taking out the full payment, i informed them that i was going to stop the allotment and talk to someone about. I finally had enough of their crap and filed for bankruptcy, their lawyer had the audcity to come to the hearing and told me that they were willing to settle for 1800. I told him no because i saw that same set in the furniture store $500.00. Their lawyer had the audcity to filed a judgment and i was advised by my lawyer that i did not have to appear in court because a federal bankruptcy supersedes a circuit court ruling. I was infromed by my lawyer that the judgment was dismissed, but their lawyer refuses to send the document to my lawyer.
