Ripoff filed in 01 with Rapid refund supposed to recieve 2 checks but didn't

In the tax year of 2001 I filed with H&R Block using the Rapid Refund. They told me and I have it on paper that I was supposed to recieve 2 checks.

Well I only recieved 1 check and I was not happy about it. I tried contacting them I even went there and they only gave me a number to call. They said it was out of there hands so now I sit here today and it is still never showed. I am at a loss of what I was supposed to do because that was ironically my state tax check for that year.

I do know there is a class action lawsuit in four different states about it right now. I do not know how to join it.
