CONTRACTED to replace plant material in flower bed, move two Washingtonian Palm Trees, plant 1 Palatka Holly tree, 2 Italian Cypress shrubs.install weed mat and gray river rock.

Tan river rock installed in error, company reluctantly replaced with gray, but left river rock in street and driveway in addition to grass.

Work finally completed and paid contracted amount, but was told I owed another five hundred, plus dollors. Asked for invoice showing additional work and materials. But, after leaving several phone messages, did not receive one and did not send additional payment.

Palatka Holly, 1 Italian Cypress and 2 pittisporum shrubs dead within 6 months due to improper planting per Middleton Lawn & Shrub Services rep. Most recent estimate to replace these came in at approximately $450.

AND, after finding that my sprinkler system wasn't performing correctly, had to spend additional money ($200) to have lines repaired because they were cut in several places when the plants were installed and the trees moved. His workers also broke another sprinkler head and then covered it with weed mat without replacing it.

Absolutely, sloppy, sloppy work. Had no regard for my property and no customer service skills whatsoever. Will not recommend any of this company's services to anyone.
