Said My Taxes Would Be Reduced To $500 They Lied! They settled with IRS for me to pay over $3,000. A month. I only make $3,100. A month! And I paid J.K. $2,000. Ripoff

When I saw that J.K. Harris had former IRS agents working for them I thought it would be a good thing sense I owed over $19,000.in taxes. I paid J.K. $2,000. For something I could of done. They said they could get my taxes knocked down to $500. Thats why I went with them. J. K ended up settling with IRS for me to pay over $3,000. A month for 3 months. I only make $3,100. A month.

They hadn't done a settlment with the state of Calif. Yet for $9,000. That I owed when I stopped making payments. I was suppose to pay J.K. $4,500. Total. They would NEVER put us through to a supervisor. When the unprofessional ditsy lady was being very rude on the phone we wanted someone else to handle our case and that wasn't going to happen.

We also paid to have our credit cleared up. There was NOTHING done to our credit accept every creditor now had our new address and constantly calling us. We were hearing from creditors we hadn't heard from in 3 years constantly harrassing us. We had to change our phone number. I have never delt with a bunch of two faced lying rip off artists like J.K. Harris before in my life.
