Ripoff strong arm sales tactics under qualified

I have read all of the other stories about IPA and what they have done and unfortunatley mine is the same. You get the call it all sounds good. Then they come into your business tell you how bad things are, promise to make "BIG CHANGES" to improve your business and then basically refuse to leave until you sign.

In my case I realized they sent under qualified people for the job, but it took me a week to find out. I kicked the reps Joe Taggart and David Tabbony out on a Friday and they came back on Monday trying to resell me and sign their invoices for expenses and work for that day... Unbelievable! Now I am left with a bill for $17,000 for a data entry job that I could have got done for a few hundred dollars. They knew we didn't have the money because they spent one entire day going through the books. Then promised to immediatley increase sales to help pay for their fees and get me a line of credit (just to pay them) neither happened.

I stopped payment on most of the post dated checks they had me write and now I am being harrassed by thier so called legal dept Janice Tillotson/Scott McMahon to either pay or arbitrate (at my expense of course) What a joke that is! They act like a bunch of loan sharks making threats and cursing at me when I refuse to pay for inadequate services. Then they continuosly call and yell curse words at me and hang up. I only hope they want to pursue this in court!!!

I have sent all of my info to the Attorney General of Illinois and only hope she can get them to stop scamming business owners to save the next victim the aggrivation and money. I encourage anyone else that has had the same experience to do the same. Class action lawsuit, count me in!!! Hope you check here before you sign..
