I was contacted through wirefly who represented themselfs as Cingular. They didnot tell me they were wirefly untill I called back to tell them the order was shipped incomplete.
I have made numerous phone calls to them and cingular both. With each one passing the buck. I told them I would contact the attorney general and the better business bureau and channel 13 in Las Vegas so no more people would be ripped off.
I didnot recieve the blue tooth had set or the wall charger with the first order. I was told I would have to secure the order with a credit card and that no charges would be made to my account. Well I got the wall charger but no blue tooth head set, instead I recieved a travel charger. So now I am out another $73.37. I can't get a rebate form because thier website has been down for weeks.
