Ripoff never heard of Mapnad Viatel Cons

I started getting very rude collections letters in the mail about 3 months ago. I had not ever received any communication from this company prior to this. I never even heard of this company. I called the number and was treated rudely and told this WAS my bill and I needed to settle it immidiatly. Then I started getting two letters a day from them. I finally just paid the $19.11 to stop the letters. I did not owe anything to this company.
