Hi. We can't determine when something might arrive given holiday mail. That is out of our hands. Only when we ship. Looks like this will ship Tuesday-Wednesday from the East coast.

Response on the 21st:
So long? It was only placed a week ago. You might have
noticed it's the holiday season AND we have a
production time. We take orders in turn. No problem
to cancel it though.

I then rcved the following e-mail:
We would like to inform you that your order 2356 placed on 12/14 5:11: 00 PM has been Cancelled.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

First of all, I have never had to wait for shipping 7 days, w/o a courtesy e-mail stating that the order would be delayed. If this is thir normal way of shipping then they should reveal this on their web site.

Totally unprofessional in their handling of my requests.

Holiday season is no excuse since I orderd several other products from other web sites that day and just rcved the last one today.

I would guess that they are too small to handle any kind of volume and realy don't care about customer satisfaction.
