I got scamed by switching from sprint to nextel

By them mall sales assosiates. I switched 3 phones over and one of the phones was my sisters and she didnt like the service so we returned the phone within the 15 day grace period and she went back to sprint continued her plan but got a new number. They are trying to charge me a cancel fee of $200. I called the NEXTEL REP CENTER and my bill at the time was $300 (WAY TO HIGH). I talked to this nice lady named GINGER. We stayed on the phone for an hour and finally she came back and said "ok sir I maid some adjustments and your going to recieve a credit of $11". I was real happy and I wasnt going to say anything. Well 2 weeks later when I get my bill it says $385. I call them up again for the 20th time and this rep says "in our notes it says you were aware of the $200 cancel fee" I said I didnt cancel. I talked to 3 supervisors and they treated me like shit. They said " if you dont like it write a letter to the corporate office". Now a billing rep has 5 days to contact me and fix my shit or I will pay the $600 and cancel all my lined just so I dont throw my money at those f*s.
