Ripoff downgrade in service

Up until last week, I was a happy Cingular customer - no really I was. Then I got in the mail a shinny new 64k smart SIM. It was supposed to make already good service even better. What it did was kill any service I had from my home. I can now no longer maintain a call from my home. I used to be able to hold a call while riding in an elevator. Now I have to go outside just to get 2 signal bars. The new SIM's are using different frequencies that aren't so good at cutting through the static. Cingular doesn't want to do anything about this. I have only made three phone calls so far. They will pay for down-grading my service. They promised a manager would call me last Friday about my situation but I haven't heard from anyone. So beginning tomorrow, I will be calling them every day until I get satisfaction. Just to warn all you Cingular customers out there, DONT USE THE 64K SIM! If your old one works fine, keep it and tell Cingular to go fly a kite! They will have to practically give me service before I will stay with them.
