Ripoff did not ship item that was bought and paid for instead this company shipped me an empty box

This company has a great web site they sell watchs or so they say. After paying by CC they gave a tracking number but when the box was sent to me to my suprise after opening the box no watch thats right no watch this was a gift for my wife as she look into the box she says, you got rip off. No e-mail of mine has been reply.
