Unhealthy Pups Ripoff

When I got the puppy, he was sick from day 1. The breeder stated she has never sold any unhealthy puppies. Within 24 hrs., the pup had to be taken to the vet where they stated the pup was unhealthy! I advised breeder, and she told me she would pay.

I told her I would take the pup to the vet, and she said she would call to make payment. Well, now she is having an issue paying. I may have to take this issue to court because I followed her contract thoroughly. I know I have a case against this breeder for SURE!
