Spicy Lingerie/Cigmall ripoff, never answer email/phone, voicemail always busy, no contact

Placed an order on Dec 1, and got a confirmation, really thought everything was ligitamate. Then few weeks later when nothing came and no emails were answered tried to call, but the voice mail is always buys, recording is the same, no one is ever there! During their office hours or any other time is the same thing, and I mean I called every 5-10min, for about as long as their office hours supposedly are, "from 11am-3:30pm PST, NO ONE IS THERE.

Claim to have great customer service, but in reality that service is non existant! I was worried b/c I needed my order soon, and with no info, tried to cancel, but no one respoded to me. I saw this consumer complaints, and decided to file one as well, so no one else gets taken advantage off liek I was. I am still disputing the payment with my credit card company.
