Studio4 came on-site November 16 to take pictures and required payment. Had to sign their contract — NO REFUNDS.

Promised product in 10-14 days. Today is day 23 (calendar days) or day 17 (business days) and nothing has been received.

They provide two 1.800#s and both numbers have a recorder that states "This mailbox is full." Need I say more? I do believe I have been RIPPED OFF.
