Ripoff, fraudulent credit reporting

When I checked my credit report recently I noticed a collection listed from this company for which I knew nothing about. I dissputed it with the credit agency and got it removed. Now another letter from the same company has arrived claiming I owe "Mapnad Viatel Cons." a total of $15.45.

I have files a complanit with the FTC and will call the Texas AG tomorrow.
