These guys shrink wrap and seal defective merchandise (compact discs) and place them on the retail floor to sell to unsuspecting customers. Their return policy is rigid and their employees show little regard for customers. Their customer service is non-existent.

The sherman oaks store sold me a sealed box set that was missing disc #1 and contained two disc #2s. The store attendant refused to replace or refund when i returned with a receipt. The corporate headquarters was sent a registered letter with my complaint and copies of my receipts for that day which totales over $200.00 (a decent customer for a used record store)

I estimate i have spent between $700 - $800 per year in their store - this is the second and last time i am going to let this happen to me (they won't have to rename their store "third spin"? Ipod and their crappy customer service should put them into bankruptcy within the next two years, anyway.

Stay away from this place - you can find better deals elsewhere so why take the chance!
