Was told that I would be charged Activation Fee of $199.99 30-days after I received the card. They took out of my account 9-days after I received them. I also asked to receive the catalog faster than normal, a extra charge of $29.99. Still haven't received it. I ordered it on Nov. 15th. Can't get hold of anyone in regards to this. What should I do?
