Ruined leather pants, reneged on settlement

Dry Clean Super Center, Frisco, TX, ruined a pair of expensive leather slacks and as a settlement, offered an in-store credit of $500.00.

Around the mid-way point the owner, Ali Feizpour, decided that he has "changed his mind". He is now demanding full payment AND holding our dry cleaning hostage.

We have been forced to file suit in Small Claims Court to retrieve our clothes. We have made several attempts to contact Kwik Industries, however, they will not return calls or emails.

I would urge Frisco residents to be cautious when conducting business with this owner. He has been extremely rude while attempting to resolve this issue, even going as far as claiming he, "no longer speaks english".

My advice is take your dry cleaning elsewhere!
