Rebate Service Center ripoff

I mailed in 2 rebates for $150.00 each for appliances that I purchased on 10/04/05 and they mailed me a postcard back saying that the postmark date was after the rebate allows. I watched the postmaster stamp the letter myself, which was not after the date they allow. They also included a web address on the postcard which was bogus. There is no web site matching what they gave me to discuss this problem.
