UNITED SHIPPING SOLUTIONS, MIKE JONES, LLC, ripoffs consistently loose and deliver late, consistently overcharge on weight, loaded "other" charges, subcontract out to UPS and US Mail Service

United Shipping Solutions is a broker for DHL. They (one or the other) consistently change the weight of packages by as much as 80 lbs., loose packages, most packages are delivered late and many are damaged. Every Package gets added "Other" charges of between 7.50 and 30.00 dollars. If you send a package that should weigh $15.00 you can expect to be billed an average of $50.00. They say it takes 30 days to process claims, however, I have never even received a response from their claims department. I've been waiting over 180 days. They often times subcontract the deliveries to UPS and US Postal Service. I don't have any customers that would allow DHL deliveries a second time.

Apparently, you must go through a broker to set up an account with DHL so they have someone to shelter them from the people they are scamming. This broker stands behind their scams 100%.
