What Can Brown Do For You? Loose your packages and deliver atrocious customer service

Date: February 13 In an era of packaging scans and internet tracking, it is incomprehensible to me that a companys who primary business is shipping, could loose two packages shipped together and be so completely inept at resolving a lost package claim. I had two packages, the combined value of which was approximately $2,500, shipped from a UPS Store location in California to my home in North Carolina. According to UPSs packaging tracking system, the two items arrived at the Greensboro, NC depot within three days 24 days later those packages still have not arrived at my home. It is frustrating enough to have your possessions vanish, but now try to contact someone at UPS to track down the items or report a lost package claim. It is virtually impossible! Perhaps Im just naive, but I would imagine that a shipment three weeks past due would set off a flag somewhere in UPSs system. Contact from UPS? One boilerplate Sorry your package has been delayed e-mail response to my inquiries. It is a sad state of affairs to know that I would have been far more likely to receive my possessions had I shipped them via the local post office or trusted them to the airlines. What Can Brown Do For You? Well, loose your packages for one and provide you with absolutely atrocious customer service for another. I would highly recommend or for your future shipping needs.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
