They started charging us from the day we signed up for the service. We never got our phone until ten days after that. Called them and asked tyhem about that, and they would not change to the correct date. We cancelled before the trial period is up. But they claim we cancelled after due to their wrong dating.
They charged us a 200.00 turn off fee. We were told on the phone that it would be a 175.00 turn off fee. We should have never got the fee anyway.
The6y charges us for a whole month of service, abnd we had the phone for a little less than two weeks.
The tax3esd charges is way too high.
They are the most crooked company for communication that I have ever heard of.
