Did not meet expectations

We had an awful experience with Lindelle this summer. I hate to bore you with details.in sum, their customer service was horrible, their advertising practices were less than honest, and they weren't very knowledgeable in their own products and services.

I really wish we had found information about other experiences before we contracted with them.

The photographer, himself, was great, but this was only after the first photographer assigned refused to return our calls until a couple days before the wedding, then was extremely nasty to us. We complained and were able to get him reassigned at the last minute with an experienced photographer.

In hindsight I would avoid Lindelle at all costs, even though their prices are very reasonable. To an extent you get what you pay for, however, there was so excuse for the poor customer service that we received.

If you do decide to contract with them, make sure and read your contract carefully and understand exactly what you're getting. Watch our for the ol' bait and switch!
