I sent a letter with this content!

When starting with Prepaid legal I was told of its agility, riches & triumphs. I feel as if I have been treated as a cretin. I've been very tranquil, serene & patient with the staff in the Marketing Department in regards of refunding me back the amount paid towards an Independent Agreement Service.

I've already been prompted & told elusive information in why they can't refund me the $49.95 refund check by mail, it was told to me that it was policy and would only allow the funds to be released back to the source in which it was paid.

I have stated that the source in which the independent agreement was paid for was fraudulent do to the cause that the independent associate had acted against policy, law, & procedures. Under these stipulations it wouldn't be ethical to refund the money in which I paid cash to the independent associate responsible for signing me up by refunding it back to its original funding source because, I would never be able to collect the monetary refund from its original source.

I never had been in access to the payment source, in which was done with some form of a fictitious credit card that the independent associate used & assigned to my account in order to pay for the independent agreement. I do wish for the $49.95 to be returned back to me but not by its funding source for the funds will be lost and will become the independent associates advantage to gain those funds for which is mines to claim.

I have spoken with Jackie Frost, Pat Huffman, & Supervisor Casey L., regarding this matter and was told that a check may be granted but not promised. Customer Satisfaction should be a priority over the obstinacy of a policy that may dismiss the consumer's rights to a fair solution.

With this controversy elucidation, this would show apposite & proficient gratitude and excellent contentment of its services given to its surrounding consumers for which they are a product of, for there can be unfortunate contingencies that may occur during transactions.

I also feel that any business company of such volume should have appropriate consequences & litigation procedures against there Associates, Representatives, Staff, & other company paid colleagues for which the company are responsible & should understand that there members responsible for causing these mistakes may cause possible litigation that may tarnish and misrepresent the image of the company.

Heres the mind blower!!!

They refunded my money back to the fraudulent card and the associate that signed me up had obtained my funds and the associat denied it!!! And wont allow me to have the money back!!! Prepaid legal later said that they were not respondsible for the associates actions!!! I lost the money!!! And no one tried to help me at all!!!
