Accepted payment, cashed check, did not deliver merchandise

On January 29, I ordered a pair of women's moccasins from the J.D. Marvel Products, Inc. I sent a check for the total amount of $9.70.
Unfortunetly, I couldn't find the address of where I sent the order, so I have'nt been able to contact them.
However, the check has been cashed, and I have not received my
merchandise or any confiramtion or correspondance that my order will be sent.
I am hearing of many complaints against this company and do not
have much hope in my order ever being sent to me.
I hope that this can be looked into.
