Rip-off I ordered three pair of moccasins for my husband for Christmas. I sent a check for $21.95 on Oct. 15 check cashed on Oct 24,02 did not receive product

On Oct. 15,02 I sent J.D. Marvel Products a check in the amount of $21.95 for the purchase of three pairs of moccasins for my husband for Christmas... I sent the magazine tear-out form with my order and did not have a way to contact them until I thought to look on the internet.
I was shocked to see that others had been treated the same... They deposited my check on Oct. 24,02 in Bankers Trust Ny, Ny #3900592187... Several other stamps are on the back of the check but not readable... One is Quebec also a tracking #42961-004 Act 0061-7308588... What can be done about this company?
