Not honoring their refund policy Ripoff

You get the packet and inspect the details, travel is for pleasure only and on their terms. The computer is for their chosen product and that's what you get.

You call and cancel. Promptly send the packet back. And wait. After 30 days and no refund has been returned, you call.

That's when the real fun starts, your told 30 BUSINESS days. Then your told accounting is backed up. Then you ask for a supervisor to be honest with you and fill you in on the skinny. But the supervisor never returns your call. Now your losing precious time and we all know "TIME IS MONEY" and you think "why can't this company refund me what was mine since I've been jumping through all the right hoops?"
