Nonrefundable ripoff

I was told I was offer a free month, but charge, that, s how i founded out i have the offer, they debit my account 129.95 dollar and 14.95 for the first month, now no one turn down a free month. The 129.95 was for enrollment, which they say is nonrefundable, but waiwer for 14 days, they offer benefit that, s no good to me, i feel a train telemarketer confused me about the 14 day waiwer, i didn, t receive my package until the money was taken from me.
