Inconsistant false promises, no halloween costume, left stranded ripoff

I ordered my Halloween costume from the advice from a friend on Doxy and it has been 3 weeks with no results. I ordered a Alice in Wonderland costume so I could join my friends in being part of a group effort.instead I will be without a costume but I hope it will come. I sent a email to them yesterday oct 24 but I have heard no response. I hope they will help me out because I am excited for Halloween and the idea of rocking out as a group. I at this moment have lost faith in ordering from the internet but maybe it will be restored.
