Dish Network
Charged for x-rated programming not ordered

Starting in July we have been charged for PPV x-rated programming we never ordered. Eleven so far. Our telephone line was not even working at the time some of these programs were supposedly ordered. Without a working phone line Dish network couldn't have even sent them to us.

The dish reps are just robots with a script telling you that someone came into my house in the middle of the night and used our remote and tv. I even had my telephone representative on a three-way call explaining the phone outage situation to a dish rep. And that these transactions couldn't possibly have occured. Didn't matter. We live 11 miles from the nearest town and our closest neighbors are 3 miles away. I think I would know if they were coming to my house in the middle of the night to watch dirty movies.

I pay what I know we owe, but not for the rest. I fully expect to be disconnected from dish network. This just isn't right! Help! I wrote a letter disputing the charges, but haven't heard a thing back from them. Help!
