OAN Services, Inc. - Nationwide Conn.inc. Had a charge placed on my Veizon business telephone statement for a collect call never accepted.

They thought that since it was such a small amount that I would not detect it. The FCC calls it Cramming. And it is widespread. Most business probably pay it thinking someone in the office or business accepted a collect call.

I am a licensed private investigator and have notified my association of this outfit.
