Ripoff, refused to acknowledge claim for damages

We dealt with the Relocation Consultant, John Kaloti and the Peretz brothers who are the owners. They made promises and written responses as to how the move and boxing and crating was to done, they provided estimates and costs. The day of the pickup they doubles the price, brought a crew that was totally unporepared and untrained in proper moving techniques. They were supposed to box and specially crate a big screen TV and a slate pool table. They dragged the pool table on its side down the driveway and stored and moved it on its side.

They were late in the delivery. Many items were damaged, broken (for instance a TV was delivered with just a picture tube) and the pool table was badly damaged, chairs had gouges and tears, and a snowboard and accessories was stolen. Our homeowners insurance says nothing is covered in a move except the stolen item. Globus Moving has not responded to our claim (it now has been 4 months) even though the complete procedures for filing a claim and including pictures and having it notarized was followed. They have not responded to calls, they have not acknwledged or responded to our filing a dispute with Los Angeles Better BUsiness Bureau, resulting in a now "F" rating. Now AMSA has set they revoked all affliation with them. And now one is doing anything to compensate us for our damages, and Globus is still in business! What resource do we have?
