USBI keeps charging me #3.95 for MTHLY SVCF and 0 minutes, $9.95 for ADVANT PLA, and 0 minutes, $1.42 for UNIV SERV and 0 minutes all of this is happening at 12:00 am and totals $15.32.

I had my number changed and am still getting the bill billed to my old number. The phone company says this will keep happening even with the different number unless I get a hold of them and tell them to stop. But have spend the better part of an hour on the phone and do not get an answer from this company.

How can I get this to stop. My phone company did put an inquirery about this to their toll services dept.
