Chapter 13 Dismissal due to Bad Attorney Decisions Ripoff

Filed a Chapter 13 in June. Lost my job in 2003. Tried to work with Attorney to lower payments till I go another job. Attorney tells us not to worry that everything will be okay.
Chapter 13 get dismissed in August. So we go to another attorney and file another Chapter 13 in August. Now this attorney raises the creditors amount based on a 401K income tax payment for the year 2003.
Now comes 2004 income adjustment and again they raise the amount. We are out of $14,000 and 1 full year of our life from the 1st chapter 13 and this one is also going sour.
Need your suggestions... I have talked to the attorney and tried to talk to the trustee but not able to see trustee and nothing can be done according to the attorney... Help!!!
