I used this company to find information out about someone and they never mentioned that, In California, you cannot recieve Criminal background information online. This was all I needed from this company and I never got it. When I called Customer Service, a lady (I can't remember her name, although I remember it was Hispanic) who was supposed to be the SUPERVISOR left me on hold for nearly ONE HOUR before she answered and said "sorry for leaving you on hold, call me back and leave a voice mail with your information" and hung up. Very Rude! So, I called back and left my information, explained that I didn't appreciate how she left me on hold - then hung up. I never got a return phone call! I soon after wrote several Emails to the "Customer Support" Department that never returned an email either.

All I wanted was a simple explanation why they DID/DO NOT let customers browsing California people know that you can't get that information! It's VERY simple! A real business would refund money and apologize for the inconvenience! This company, like so many online, is a JOKE! Just another company ran by people who want to make a quick buck!

Watch out for PeopleFinders.com - and if you choose them - apparently you have to read through EVERY PAGE of their site, including FAQ's to be sure you don't waste money!

Pure ripoff!
