OAN Services, Inc.in Clearwater, FL knowingly committed fraud by intentionally charging, in my name, without authorization from either party, USA Voicemail monthly fees to my daughter's BellSouth phone bill for $20.55 a month. OAN owes me $246.60. They have refused to give me or my daughter, a full refund.
